Return policy

Riverbend Press aims to create high quality, durable, beautiful products. We are happy to provide information on any our products before orders are placed or after they are received to assist our customers.

We will replace damaged or defective items. Please contact us upon the item’s arrival or as soon as the issue is encountered.

We will refund items in new, unused condition that are returned to us. Customers can let us know via email that they would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. We will send return instructions along with a return address. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on items they decide not to keep. Often Media Mail can be used to save on shipping costs.
