The Truth, Beauty, Goodness (TBG) Notebook provides students with a special place for their TBG drawings, written narrations, and copywork. The book is divided into three sections. The first for Artist Study, the second for Composer Study, and the third for Poetry, Hymns, Folksongs, Recitations and the Motto as well as other things the children think of. Each section of the three sections is 64 pages, 192 total pages. The first section alternates between blank and wide-ruled lined pages. The second two sections alternate between blank and a light dot grid. Dot grids are helpful for laying out music staffs and copywork and as lines for written narrations. The book has three ribbons to help students find their place in each section. Each book comes with this document which contains suggestions of how each section of the book could be used.
Students in TBG groups around the US have used these books for years. We are happy to make them available to our Riverbend customers. The book layout has been expanded to hold 2 to 4 years of entries depending on how you use it. It is also large enough to mount Riverbend artist prints right in the book or build your own photo album as a companion to the TBG book with our new 4x6 artist print sets.
